Administrator with experience in administration and finance
We are looking for someone with experience in both administration and finance work, who enjoys providing good service and being an administrative support to the organization.
You will have a varied job with many social contacts and become an important part of an organization that contributes to development and improvement in society.

As an administrator, you will be part of a group with four colleagues and a unit manager who together make up the Finance Unit, and you are part of the Department for Operational Support. Our unit is responsible for finance and payroll management for the entire university, as well as management and administrative support to both core operations and operational support. The operational support also includes Property/IT, Educational Support, the Library, and HR/Communication.
About the role
You have a broad role where you primarily work with qualified administrative support. You will have a varied workday that can involve everything from being a secretary at a departmental meeting or processing a decision to responding to incoming emails and handling the day's invoices.
Your tasks include, among others:
- Administrative support to university management including the board of directors and department heads
- Invoice management, supplier invoices
- Administrative support within operational support as well as to the departments in general (which includes assisting the administrative manager with certain administration, support during digital signing)
- Monitor and manage incoming questions in functional mailboxes
- Ongoing contract management, archiving, and registration
- Process rector/prefect decisions
- Other tasks within the organization
Qualifications and assessment criteria
You have:
- Relevant post-secondary education in administration and/or finance, or other experience that the employer deems equivalent
- At least 3 years in a similar role
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Good system proficiency, especially in Office 365 programs
It is advantageous if you have:
- Experience in administrative work within the university and higher education sector
- Experience working as a support or service function to managers/executives
- Experience with contract management systems, archiving, and registration
- Experience in invoice management
Furthermore, you have:
- The ability to work independently and perform your tasks in a careful, structured, and quality-conscious manner
- A service-oriented approach and are responsive to colleagues and the organization
- The ability to take initiative and work with good foresight
- The ability to coordinate and prioritize various tasks
- The ability to contribute to a good and healthy work environment
